These are two of the deadlines as regards to documentation that needs to be given to the Inland Revenue by companies.Accounts must be filed within 10 months of the year end at Companies House. (Caution: this may be less in the first year of operation and proposals are in place to reduce this).
The fine for non-compliance is £100 increasing with time.
Accounts and Corporation Tax Return must be filed within 12 months at the Inland Revenue.
